Which are the fares?

- HORIZON network is totally free for everybody, without exception, and anytime! No need to purchase a ticket, you just have to get on the bus and envoy your trip.
Are buses adapted to people with reduced mobility?
|
 |
- Buses are equipped with : Ramps for PRM (People with Reduced Mobility), Locations for wheelchair users and Audio and visual information Find the accessible bus stops here.
- If you can’t use the regular lines of the network, Handibus is there for you. More details here.
Are animals allowed in the bus?
|
 |
- Dogs are allowed, except during peak hours, only if they are leashed and muzzled. Attack dogs (category 1), guard and defense dogs (category 2) are not allowed.
- Small animals are allowed in the buses, only if they are carried in a basket or held in the arms.
- Guide dogs are admitted.
Can I bring my bicycle / my scooter / my skateboard?

- Skateboards, rollers and scooters are allowed, unless you hold them. You can’t use them in the bus. In case of accident, you are liable for the possible damages caused to third parties.
- Bicycles are not allowed.
Can I bring a stroller? |
 |
- Strollers are allowed unless you hold them and according to availability. Please activate the breaking system.
Can I bring a heavy package? |
 |
- Inconvenient, dangerous or large package are not allowed. If you want to travel with a heavy luggage, please contact us first in order to avoid any inconvenience.
How can I claim a lost article? |
 |
- Any found object is kept for a period of 1 month at Keolis Châteauroux 6 allée de la garenne – 36000 Châteauroux. Beyond that period, they are transferred to Châteauroux Métropole.
- Identity documents are transferred within 2 days to Châteauroux Métropole.
What can I do if I am assaulted/ in the event of an attack? |
 |
- Mediators often travel on the HORIZON network for your comfort and your safety.
- In the event of an attack, contact a HORIZON agent in order to call the security teams. The security teams will then take care of you and explain to you the things to do.
